Now after careful training I can run 3 miles per 4 times per week on morning. Jogging made me all this difference for me. Jogging is a king of sports for anyone of any age.</description>

		<description>Jogging – it is so wonderful! At first I run in a gym, on the treadmill, every day 20 minutes twice a day, 5 times per week during 4 months, 
then and to the present day – on the street. I have a marvelous effect. My legs become more slimmer, not to mention beautiful state of health!  I am a doctor, and I can say with confidence – run, but first consult with a specialist, if you are suffer from some diseases.  
And watch over you pulse!</description>
