		<description>i&#039;m working out for the past 2 yrs , but i dont find any improvement in my chest muscle only. i&#039;m eating 5 small meals coz i&#039;m concentrating on loosing fat.i workout in supersets method. some of my friend advised me not to jog since it would not help in building muscle but you will loose muscle, how far its true can u help me and guide me in building muscle with a good workout routine.</description>
