Hi , I'm 48 , from France , living in Bangladesh , no smoker , health conscious I suppose ...
I practice 30mn jogging every day , sunset , I start with 3 exhale , 2 inhale , then 5-3 , then 7-3 , then 10-5 ... I try to focus on exhaling with belly in and conversely ... so during jogging and right after no short of breath , just sweating ...

But , but , but the following day I have some difficulty breathing fully , I have to force myself yawning to feel that kind of plenitude of full breath ,

Any solution ?? ,

Regards , CHRIS
